Product Application
The melting point of uracil is above 270℃, and it can adapt to the PVC production process by itself.
Uracil can absorb HCL produced during the PVC production process and replace unstable chlorine atoms.
When used togetherwith ZnSt2, uracil can react with ZnC12 to form a metal complex, rendering ZnC12 inactive and preventing "zinc burning", thereby enhancing the stability of PVC products.
Containing theuracil/ZnSt2 compound stabilizer, both the initial whiteness and long-term stability are more ideal than those containing the CaSt2/ZnSt2 compound stabilizer.
Whenuraciland ZnSt2 are used together, a good system stabilization effect is achieved.
The recommended addition ratio of the stabilizer in the calcium-zinc system is 2-5% of the total mass of the stabilizer.
Safety and protection
It should be stored in a cool and dry place. It can be stored for two years under unopened conditions. If the product is not used up, the bag opening should be tightly closed.
