Product Application
NA 101 is a long-chain linear saturated sodium carboxylate salt mainly composed of carbon chain lengths C28-C32. It has many advantages when used as a nucleating agent in engineering plastics such as polyester PET and PET.
Because of its high molecular weight, it exhibits low volatility and favorablemigration characteristics in the finished product, Besides the excellent nucleatingeffect, NA-101 also shows outstanding lubrication. Cycle time in injection molding canbe reduced up to 35 %, melt flow is enhanced with effective internal lubrication andmold-release greatly improved with external lubricating effect.
Recommended dosage is 0.1-0.4%.
Safety and protection
It should be stored in a cool and dry place. It can be stored for three years under unopened conditions. If the product is not used up, the bag opening should be tightly closed.
