Product Application
Low volatility.
It has good thermal stability and begins to decompose only at 400℃.
Good demolding and flow performance.
It has an excellent nucleating effect on partially crystalline plastics. It can be used for transparent products. Low dosage and high efficiency, the usage amount is lower than that of most traditional lubricants.
Improve the melt fluidity of PC, effectively reduce the adhesion force of the product to the mold, and enhance the production efficiency of injection molding.
Safety and protection
Store in a cool and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire sources and avoid direct sunlight. The temperature in the warehouse should not exceed 30℃. Keep dry. It should be stored separately from oxidants, acids and alkalis, and must not be mixed. Warranty for more than 12 months.
