Features and Advantages
- An oligomer of a spatially hindered amine with a high average molecular weight, low volatility, and low migration
- A hindered amine light stabilizer, especially in pigmented systems, that resists light aging over UV absorbers and nickel stabilizers
- Good synergy with UV absorbers or other light stabilizers
Product Application
TP-STAB UV-622 is widely used in dry polyolefin and its copolymers such as EVA and polypropylene blends with elastomers. In addition, it also has special applications in polyacetal, polycuramine and polyammoniacol resins. It has a synergistic effect when used with other light stabilizers, which can effectively prevent the photoaging of the polymer, provide excellent light stability for the polymer, and provide long-term thermal stability for the polymer.
Safety and protection
The package is 20kg or 500kg/ bag, which can be customized. No special safety equipment is required, according to the general chemicals cool, dry, ventilated storage, away from fire, heat sources, strong oxidants, strong reducing agents. It is recommended to take proper protective measures, try to avoid long-term contact with the product, and rinse with plenty of running water after contact with eyes or skin. Keep for 12 months under suitable storage conditions. Additional safety and operational information can be found in theTP-STAB UV-622 SDS.
