Ultraviolet Absorption

● Appropriate Absorption Band: It can strongly absorb ultraviolet rays in the 240 - 340 nanometer wavelength range . This effectively inhibits the photodegradation of materials, delays the yellowing and physical property degradation of polymer materials, reduces color changes, and protects materials from the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays.

● Blocking Oxidation Reactions: It chemically blocks the oxidation reactions triggered by ultraviolet rays, preventing the decomposition and fading of color molecules in materials caused by ultraviolet rays, thereby delaying the fading and aging of materials such as plastics, coatings, and rubbers.

Material Application

● Stable Performance: It has good thermal stability and does not undergo changes due to heat even during the processing. It has low thermal volatility. Its chemical stability is excellent, and it does not react adversely with the material components in the products. Its own photochemical stability is also good, as it does not decompose or change color.

● Excellent Compatibility: It has extremely good compatibility with materials and can be uniformly dispersed in the materials without blooming or exuding. This allows it to fully exert its anti-aging effects within the materials.

● Safe and Environmentally Friendly: It is non-toxic, and some varieties are permitted for use in food packaging materials at specified concentrations.

● Easy to Process: It has low migration and low self-volatility. With its light color, it is easy to use during the material processing. It is widely used in PE, PVC, PP, PS, PC, organic glass ， polypropylene fibers, and ethylene vinyl acetate, among others.
