We operate a fully self-contained in-house laboratory furnished with a comprehensive suite of testing instruments, delivering end-to-end performance testing and validation for PVC stabilizers and raw materials.

Our lab scope spans incoming raw material inspection, in-process mid-stream sampling, full-spec finished product verification, anti-aging evaluation, thermal stability profiling, physical property characterization, and compositional qualitative analysis. Every test is carried out independently onsite, eliminating the need for third-party lab outsourcing.

Fusion efficiency, melt fluidity and plasticizing property testing using torque rheometer and melt flow indexer

Aging & anti-yellowing weatherability validation

Static sheet aging baking, high-temperature & high-pressure anti-yellowing testing, UV accelerated aging, damp heat aging, plus discoloration monitoring under light box

Electrical & physical property measurement

Volume resistivity testing with high resistance meter

Material composition & thermal analysis

FTIR qualitative identification and DSC melting point determination

Sample archive management

Retention sample re-inspection and repeat comparative verification
