AE1201 is a permanent antistatic agent polymerized from flexible polyether and hard polyamide. When added to plastics, it forms a three-dimensional charge dissipation channel structure network, stabilizing the surface resistivity at 108-1011Ω/sq. This endows downstream plastic products such as electrical appliances, automotive interior parts, explosion-proof helmets, and electronic component packaging with permanent antistatic and dust-proof properties. And there is no risk of migration and precipitation.

Drying conditions: It is recommended to dry with a dehumidifying dryer at 70-90℃ for 6-8 hours before use.

Processing conditions: Extrusion modification granulation and injection molding temperature: 210-280℃.

Store in a cool and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire sources and avoid direct sunlight. Keep dry.  Warranty for 24 months.
